The team-building game for this event is called "Bounty Hunter", a three-dimensional exploratory team-building game held at the Guanlan Ecological Sports Park. Combined by online programs and offline interactive challenges, the game integrates the seven habits of highly effective people, such as focusing on key areas, creating synergy, and thinking in terms of points, lines, surfaces, and bodies. The goal is to promote understanding, build trust, and enhance teamwork among employees in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere through a series of challenging and fun activities.
At the beginning of the event, the coach first explained the rules and safety precautions. Then, everyone was divided into several groups, and each group had to work together to complete a series of tasks. These tasks not only tested the team's collaborative abilities but also developed employees' communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.The atmosphere on site was lively, and members of each group were striving hard and fighting for the honor of the team with full energy, demonstrating ZOCONO’s team spirit of focusing efforts as one.
The group competition games involved competitive elements, but they also sparked the fighting spirit, enthusiasm, and creativity among team members.
When reviewing the entire game process, everyone engaged in in-depth discussions and shared insights on the connection between strategy development, execution, and outcome presentation. For example, in the midst of competition and execution, it was important to adapt to changing circumstances, constantly reflect, and try new strategies and methods to improve the overall performance and results of the team.
